Terms

Terms

By using Priority (as a visitor or with a signed-in account), you agree to these terms. Priority is a technology platform for organizing self-reported athlete profiles, recovery and routine signals, benchmarks, and informational reports—not a coach, medical provider, recruiter, agent, or attorney. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Age and eligibility

The service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may need permission from a parent or legal guardian to create an account or make purchases, consistent with applicable law. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from someone under 13 in violation of these terms, contact us at the email below so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Athletes, parents or guardians, coaches, and organizations

You must provide accurate information and respect the roles and permissions set by your workspace. Athletes are responsible for the accuracy of what they submit in intake, recovery check-ins, weekly routine or workload fields when offered, and profiles. Parents or legal guardians should review school or club connections, coach access, consent requirements for minors, and sharing settings for athletes they supervise. Coaches, staff, and administrators may access athlete information only as permitted by their role and invitation—not for unrelated commercial solicitation, harassment, or creating accounts for minors without appropriate authorization. A coach or staff member must not substitute their judgment for a parent’s or guardian’s legal obligations where parental consent or authorization is required. Schools, clubs, and organizations are responsible for their internal policies, consent practices, and compliance with league or institutional rules when using Priority.

Technology platform — not professional advice or supervision

Priority provides software and informational outputs based on the data you and authorized users enter. The service does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, mental health services, nutrition therapy, or therapy; does not supervise or direct athletic training or competition in place of a qualified coach; does not act as a licensed attorney, financial adviser, tax adviser, or NCAA/NIL compliance officer; and does not operate as a recruiter, scout, or talent agent. Where the product references NIL, endorsements, recruiting context, weekly routines, rest, or recovery, that language is informational and organizational—not endorsement of any financial or legal course of action.

No recruiting, scholarship, or representation guarantees

Priority does not guarantee offers, interest, or decisions from schools, teams, coaches, or scouts; does not guarantee athletic scholarships, financial aid, or roster placement; and does not provide professional scouting services, talent representation, or agent services. Any recruiting-oriented signals, comparisons, or narratives in reports are derived from your inputs and configured context—they are not predictions of outcomes and must not be relied on as commitments from third parties.

NIL, endorsements, and financial topics

The product may surface informational context about name, image, and likeness (NIL), endorsements, or economic themes using your inputs and general product logic. That content is not legal, tax, financial, or institutional-compliance advice. Rules for NIL and amateur status vary by jurisdiction, school, association, and contract—you must consult qualified professionals and governing bodies before entering agreements or relying on eligibility conclusions.

Weekly routine, recovery, and wellness content

Features that summarize weekly routine, workload, rest, sleep, soreness, fatigue, readiness, or similar signals rely on self-reported check-ins and profile fields. They are intended for awareness and communication inside your workflow—not for medical clearance, injury management instructions, or mandatory training prescriptions. Always seek care from appropriate licensed professionals for health or injury concerns.

Informational use only

Everything in the preceding sections applies across dashboards, reports, and exports: outputs are informational and depend on your data quality and product configuration. See also our Methodology page for how deterministic scoring, evidence, and benchmark context are described.

Self-reported inputs and data accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information you provide, including profile fields, measurables, links, documents, free-text responses, recovery entries, and evidence items. Fabricated, misleading, or third-party content submitted without rights may violate these terms and applicable law. Reports and benchmarks reflect what was submitted and what reference data exists—they can be wrong or incomplete when inputs are wrong or incomplete.

Your content and license to operate the service

You retain ownership of your original content subject to applicable law. To operate Priority, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative layouts or summaries of your content solely to provide and improve the service for your workspace, consistent with the privacy policy. You represent that you have the rights to submit what you upload and that athlete-derived content shared with coaches or organizations aligns with your agreements and permissions.

Benchmarks and methodology limitations

Benchmark comparisons, “typical range” style context, and methodology notes may rely on partial datasets, staged rollouts, or external references configured for the deployment. Coverage can vary by sport, position, level, region, or verifiable metrics available. Priority does not warrant that every benchmark row or external reference is current, complete, or applicable to your situation. See the Methodology and Legal tabs on our methodology page for how deterministic logic and source lineage are described.

No general guarantees

Beyond the specific disclaimers above, athletic development, health, academic, recruiting, and financial outcomes depend on many factors outside the software. Priority does not guarantee results, rankings, health outcomes, performance improvement, or third-party actions.

Data storage

Generated reports, profiles, recovery check-ins, invite records, and related operational records are stored on secure servers for this deployment. Authentication and payments may be processed by third-party services (for example Kinde and Stripe) under their own policies. Data is not sold. Disclosure beyond what the privacy policy describes is limited to legal, security, or operational necessity.

Prohibited scraping, copying, and automated extraction

You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated means to extract bulk data from the service without written permission; circumvent rate limits or access controls; cache or redistribute protected report content for competing commercial datasets; or reverse engineer scoring logic to misrepresent the product. Training AI models on extracted Priority outputs without authorization is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You may not use Priority to harass, threaten, or stalk individuals; collect personal or sensitive information without consent; impersonate athletes, coaches, or institutions; submit malicious or deceptive data; interfere with or disrupt the service; probe or attack systems; buy or sell access in violation of our policies; use outputs to exploit minors; bypass technical protections; or engage in unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Reports, PDFs, and share links

Reports in the app are informational only. If you export to PDF, generate share links, or copy content, you are solely responsible for how those copies are distributed, stored, and secured. Anyone with a valid link or file may be able to view the content until revoked or expired. You must not misrepresent outputs as official offers, medical clearance, or binding commitments from Priority or third parties.

Accounts and paid features

Optional sign-in links your activity to an account through our authentication provider. Workspace roles and permissions (for example athlete, coach, admin, member/invite states) control which data and actions are available. Paid or unlocked features, when available, are handled by our payment provider. Fees, taxes, renewals, and refunds follow the checkout or unlock flow and any terms shown at the time of purchase.

Service availability

We may modify, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time without notice, including where needed for reliability, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priority and its operators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this service, reliance on informational outputs, third-party actions, or data loss beyond what applicable law requires.
