Tell us about the athlete

Short answers make better reports. This quick start captures Basics-style essentials plus one supporting link and dates—so your dashboard checklist starts closer to complete (evidence, freshness, benchmark context). Men’s/women’s division, grad year, location, and deeper stats can still be added on your profile or in the full questionnaire.

Full questionnaire (3 steps)Reports

Same athlete record everywhere. Long intake runs Basics, Profile & Goal in one session (~90 seconds for Basics per the full flow). Short intake saves Basics-style essentials now; finish Profile-style proof and measurables on your dashboard, or switch to the 3-step questionnaire when you want everything in one sitting.

Athlete information — quick start

Minimum to align with your dashboard checklist: full name, sport, primary position, competition level, one measurable with value and an “as of” date, plus one proof link (official result, roster page, or short clip). Same athlete record as the long questionnaire—extra depth still lives on your profile or in the 3-step flow.

What happens next

Continue to your dashboard. You already added a baseline proof link and dates here; use Edit profile to layer more film, roster links, and measurables, then generate a tailored report. Prefer one sitting? Open the full questionnaire (3 steps) below.

Basics — competition level & one measurable

Pick competition level and one measurable with units. Add the date that measurement reflects (freshness). Below, add one proof link—official box score/result, roster page, or a short clip—so evidence is on file before you reach the dashboard.

Month/day/year when this number was captured or last verified. If the exact day is unknown, use your best estimate—the checklist treats timestamps as freshness signals.

Supporting evidence & freshness

Paste a direct link to a roster, box score, or short clip. We use it to anchor benchmarks—Google/Bing search URLs are not accepted.

Use the address bar from the team site, league page, or video—not a search-results page.

We pick “Short clip” automatically for YouTube/Vimeo links; change it if needed.

Optional: how sources are labeled (defaults are fine)

Most people can leave self-reported / unverified. Expand this only if a coach, school, or public feed has confirmed the numbers or the link.

Use pending when a coach or org is reviewing; verified when they have confirmed the link is accurate.

Full questionnaire: Basics, Profile & Goal

The 3-step flow adds Profile (training, availability, proof) and Goal after Basics—same fields you can add later on your dashboard. Choose it when you want depth before your first report.
